Does Tom Cole ship worldwide?
Unfortunately we are currently only shipping Australia-wide.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Shipping times vary depending on your delivery location and selected shipping method (e.g. express, standard etc.).
Sydney; 2 - 4 days
Regional NSW; 2 - 6 days
Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide; 4 - 6 days
Rest of Australia; 4 - 9 days
 

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping starts at $10.
Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and posting service.

At the moment our products are only available to purchase through our website.

All of our products are made in Australia.

How do I store it?
We recommend storing all Tom Cole products in a cool, dry place.

How do I become a wholesaler / distributor?

What are your return and exchange policies?
Something not right with your order?

If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please send back your product unopened and in it's original packaging via tracked shipping within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened with the original packaging.  

Once we have received your product, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note that return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to refund or exchange opened or used products.

Does Tom Cole test on animals?
Tom Cole products have never and will never be tested on animals. 

Are Tom Cole products suitable to use on sensitive skin?
Yes, Tom Cole products are perfect for sensitive skin. We use carefully selected ingredients that are suitable for most skin types. Always test a small amount on your skin before first use if you are unsure. If you have any serious medical conditions or allergies, always consult your healthcare professional before using new products.
